As a junior attending Crofton House School, Joy is thrilled to be serving as a co-organizer of the TEDxYouth@ArbutusRide event, and is committed to creating change among her community. Joy’s time spent in MUN and Cadets has instilled in her a sense of responsibility and a knack for thinking outside the box, qualities she hopes to install into every project she takes on. She also loves expressing herself and exploring something new, whether it’s attempting a recipe (she’s terrible at baking), pursing diplomatic debates, finding digital software to explore, or trying a new painting technique! Joy is ready to lead with fresh ideas and hopes to inspire, learn, and grow with both the speakers and the audience, and can’t wait to see everyone there!
